Trip credits and refunds

Credit you have not used
If you bought a credit and have not spent it on a trip yet, email us and we will refund it to the same card. Your card issuer usually takes up to about 7 working days to show the money.
Credit already used
Once a credit is tied to a new trip, we treat it as used and we do not refund it. The free first trip is not refundable either.
Something went wrong on our side
If TourRelay was down for a long stretch or another serious problem stopped you running a tour, tell us what happened. We will look at it and may offer a replacement credit; that is our call.
Chargebacks
Mail us before you dispute a card charge. Most issues are faster to fix by email: hello@tourrelay.app.
How to request a refund
Send agency name and purchase date to hello@tourrelay.app. We reply, then send the refund to the same payment method.
