TourRelay terms

1. Agreement

By opening an account or using TourRelay you agree to these terms. If you sign up for a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind that company.

2. Who may use it

The service is for travel agencies that run group tours. You must be 18 or older to register. Travellers do not get logins; they only open the public trip link the agency sends.

3. Roles

• Agency admin. Can manage billing, all trips, and agency settings.
• Group leader. Sees only trips the agency assigned. No billing, no other trips.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use TourRelay to:

• Store passport numbers, NRIC/FIN, or ID scans.
• Post illegal material, harass people, or breach someone else’s privacy.
• Break into other agencies’ data or stress the systems on purpose.
• Resell access or pretend TourRelay is your own product.

5. Money and credits

Your first trip does not cost money. After that you buy trip credits (currently S$10 each) in TourRelay billing. Credits belong to one agency; you cannot move them to someone else.

6. Uptime

We try to stay online but we do not guarantee perfect uptime. We may take the site down briefly for maintenance and will warn you when we reasonably can.

7. Who owns the data

The agency owns its trip and traveller content. You let us host and process that content so the product works; the licence ends when you stop using the service except where we must keep copies by law.

8. Closing accounts

You can close an account by contacting us. We can suspend accounts that break these rules. After closure we delete or anonymise data within about 30 days unless the law requires longer retention.

9. Liability

Where the law allows, NZA Services Pte. Ltd. is not liable for indirect or knock-on losses. Total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Law

Singapore law applies. Courts in Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
