Creating a trip takes seconds. Your first trip is free; each additional trip uses one trip credit.
Your first trip is free. You will not be asked for payment until your second.
When payment is required
- First trip: Free. No card needed.
- Each additional trip: Requires one trip credit ($50). If you have no credits, you will be prompted to buy one via Stripe before creating the trip.

Click Create trip
From the dashboard, click Create trip in the left sidebar.
Enter the trip name and destination
Give the trip a Trip name (required) and a Destination (required). Then choose the Trip timezone from the dropdown — this sets the timezone for itinerary times.
Set the travel dates
Choose the Start date and End date (both required). TourRelay uses these to sort the trip into Upcoming, Ongoing, or Completed.
Add trip details
Fill in the optional details: Meeting point, Departure time, Return info, Emergency contact (name and phone), Agent name, Agent phone, and General remarks. You can also edit these later on the trip details page.
Save and open
Click Create trip. The trip opens immediately to the details page where you can fill in the full itinerary, travellers, and agent.
