TourRelay uses a per-trip credit system. One credit equals one trip. Every new agency starts with one free trial trip (limited to 10 WhatsApp messages). After that, buy credits in a bundle.

Dedicated WhatsApp number
The Bundle 100 includes a dedicated WhatsApp number for your agency. This lets you send trip updates directly from TourRelay without sharing a personal number.
Promo codes
Promo codes apply a percentage discount at checkout. Enter the code in the promo code field on the billing page — the discounted price is then carried through to Stripe Checkout. Discounts apply to all bundles. Some codes are one-time use; others can be used until they expire.
How to buy a bundle
- Go to Billing in the admin dashboard.
- Enter a promo code (if you have one) to lock in the discount.
- Pick a bundle.
- Complete payment via Stripe Checkout.
Credits appear in your account once Stripe confirms the payment — usually within a few seconds.
