TourRelay uses a credit system: one credit equals one trip. Your first trip is free. After that, buy credits individually or in bundles.

Only managers can buy credits and access the billing page. Back-office staff and agents can create and edit trips (which consume credits) but cannot purchase them.
How credits work
- New agency: 1 free trip (no card).
- Each additional trip: Consumes 1 credit.
- Buying credits: Pay via Stripe Checkout. Credits are added to your account after checkout.

The billing page
Go to Billing in the admin dashboard to see:
- Whether your free trip has been used
- How many credits you have remaining
- Your dedicated WhatsApp number status (included with the 100-trip bundle)
- A promo code field — enter a code to apply a percentage discount before checkout
- Past payment history
- A button to buy more credits
You can also buy credits directly from any trip page — the Buy trip credits button in the trip overview links straight to the billing page.
