The dashboard is your agency's home base. Every trip lives here, organised by status so you can see what needs attention at a glance.
Trip status columns
Your trips are grouped into three categories:
- Upcoming — trips that have not started yet. This is where you will spend most of your setup time: building itineraries, adding travellers, assigning agents.
- Ongoing — trips currently in progress. The latest agent update time appears on the card so you can see the trip is being kept current.
- Completed — finished trips. Their data stays accessible for reference.
Reading a trip card
Each trip appears as a card showing:
- Trip name and destination
- Travel dates
- Status pill (Upcoming, Ongoing, Completed, or Locked)
- Last update time (when the last update was posted)
