TourRelay gives each trip a single, organised page. Your first trip is free — no card required. This guide walks you through signing up and landing on your dashboard.
Your first trip includes every feature. You only pay when you create a second trip.
What you need before you start
- A work email address you can check during sign-up
- The agency/organizer details to fill in after verifying your email
- A password you will remember
- A mobile number with country code
Step 1: Enter your email
Go to the sign-up page and enter your email address, then click Send verification link.
Step 2: Verify via the magic link
Check your inbox and click the verification link we sent you. (We send a magic link — not a verification code.)
Step 3: Complete your agency details
After clicking the link, you land on the /sign-up/verify form. Fill in
the full agency details:
- Agency/organizer name
- Account type — Individual or Organization
- Country (full global list)
- Your name (the admin)
- Phone with country code
- Remarks
- Password and Confirm password
If you choose Organization, the form also asks for billing/contact details: Address line 1 (required) and Address line 2, Postal code, State, and Contact person name. Individual accounts skip these — you only need a name, country, phone, and password.
Step 4: Arrive at your dashboard
You land on the dashboard. It is empty because you have not created a trip yet. The dashboard organises trips into three columns: Upcoming, Ongoing, and Completed.
Step 5: Create your first trip
Click Create trip. Because this is your first trip, no payment is required. See Create a trip for the full flow.
