Manager

Full control. Managers can do everything: create and edit trips, manage users (invite, change roles, remove), buy credits, and configure settings and integrations. The first person to sign up becomes the agency's manager.

Back-office

Office staff who run day-to-day operations. Back-office staff can create and edit trips, manage travellers and itineraries, post updates, assign agents to trips, and manage users. They cannot buy credits or access billing, integrations, WhatsApp settings, or the main Settings page. However, they can access Settings β†’ Users to invite team members, change roles (except promoting to Manager), and remove users.

Agent

Field staff who lead trips on the ground. Agents sign in to the same dashboard but see only the trips they've been assigned to. Once assigned, an agent can fully edit that trip β€” details, itinerary, travellers, updates, and incident reports.

Agents cannot create new trips (each trip consumes a paid credit), manage which agents are assigned, buy credits, or access settings.

To give an agent access to a trip, a manager or back-office staff member assigns them from the trip's Manage agents page. See Manage agents.

Traveller

The end user β€” the person on the trip. Travellers do not sign in to TourRelay and have no account. They receive updates and trip information via WhatsApp blasts sent by the agency or their assigned agent.
